The brief
Omnet Smartlink Services Private Limited is an internet service provider licensed by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Government of India. Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Deesa, Omnet delivers fibre broadband, FTTH connections, internet leased lines and customised connectivity to homes, businesses, banks and government offices across Gujarat. It also runs more than 50 CSR initiatives for digital access.
The challenge
An ISP's website is held to the same standard as its network: if the site is slow, visitors assume the connection will be too. Omnet also has two very different audiences. Households compare broadband plans and TV add-ons, while businesses need dedicated leased lines, VoIP, firewalls and managed Wi-Fi. The ISP website development brief was to serve both clearly, rank for local broadband searches across Gujarat, and make it easy for existing customers to log in and manage their account.
Our approach
We built the site in Next.js, so pages load fast and moving between them feels instant. A dark navy design with a network-node motif reflects the fibre infrastructure behind the brand. The homepage takes households through plans that start at ₹425, then three OTT packs and a Digital TV add-on with 550+ channels. Businesses get a separate path to enterprise services: leased lines, bandwidth on demand, NAS management, Wi-Fi hotspots and enterprise IT infrastructure.
